About Me
I am Professor in the Department of Learning, Design, and Adult Education (LDAE) in the School of Education (SoE), Indiana University (IU). I am also SoE's Faculty Fellow for Global & International Engagement & IU ASEAN Global Gateway's Academic Director IU ASEAN Global Gateway's.
I research and design in-person, online and hybrid professional development programs for educators across the disciplines. My current projects involve designing and researching PD programs that focus on the situated Praxis of educators. Thus, I approach program development by focusing on the symbiotic relationship between practice and theory (i.e. practice shapes, transforms, informs theory and vice versa). I have developed PD projects in Indiana and in multiple international locations.
I teach courses on international perspectives on Adult Education as well as IST research/theory courses at the graduate-level.
In my administrative roles, I facilitate faculty and student engagement in partnerships with peers at multiple locations internationally.
