Victor works with both higher education institutions and professional organizations related to developing institutional research capacities. His current projects include developing higher education data sciences development program with colleagues at the University of KwaZulu Natal, South Africa, undertaking a comparative study, with colleagues from Switzerland and Australia, on the comparative landscapes of higher education in Europe, Asia and North America (Carnegie Classification); and institutional research consulting in Saudi Arabia, China, Australia, and the UK.
