Dr. Huang is the managing editor of the Chinese/English Journal of Educational Measurement and Evaluation (CEJEME). This bilingual journal is to share advances in scholarship and practice between the assessment and evaluation communities in the US and China. Her research interests center around developing and applying latent variable models with a focus on item response theory (IRT) models to accommodate multidimensional, multilevel, and longitudinal data in educational and psychological sciences.
